What separates Domination Lacrosse from others is our approach to strength and speed training and our attention to detail. We implement strength and speed training in a fun and encouraging way. Each player will have his shot analyzed for movement imperfections and prescribed exercises to be performed in the preseason to help take his game to the next level! We don't offer cookie-cutter programs because we recognize the importance of customized exercise based on a player's strengths and weakness
